The Nasdaq composite rose 0.3% Wednesday, but volume lightened up. Also, decliners outnumbered advancers by a slight 9-to-8 ratio.
***Instead of good news, this is more like a down day for me. Doing that crawl up on light volume means a coming fall, in the absence of something that will spur the market activity.
