Economy on Monday

Economy - Monday (Investor's Business Daily)

Investor's Business Daily - American reached the biggest U.S. trade pact in 15 years with only minutes to spare after 9 months of talks. The deal with Asia's No. 3 economy could add $20 bil to the already more than $70 bil of 2-way trade. But the ink wasn't dry before some U.S. politicians and businesses said the pact doesn't do enough to boost U.S. auto and beef exports. The deal was struck just in time to get Congress to give an up or down vote without amendments.
